Q: What's included with the mailbox I choose?
A: Everything you need! All assembled and installed according to USPS specifications. Address numbers come included.
Q: Will the old mailbox be removed?
A: Yes and hauled away.
Q: Are there any hidden fees?
A: No, the price you see is what you pay. It includes materials, sales tax, and labor.
Q: When do I pay?
A: After installation is scheduled, we will send an invoice to your phone for a 50% deposit, which must be paid the day before installation or earlier. The other 50% we charge immediately upon completion. This helps us stay protected.
Q: Which payment methods are acceptable?
A: We accept Debit Card, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Cash App.
Q: Do I need to be home?
A: If you are planning on not being home during installation, we will send the full-priced invoice that must be paid the day before installation or earlier. We will also request a picture of your mailbox the day before installation or earlier, as one more way to verify we install at the correct address.
